You may request Account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your verified payment method within 5 business days of the closure request, subject to completion of any outstanding wagering requirements.

All bonuses and promotional offers made available by slotfb are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, in addition to these General Terms. In the event of conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.
Unless stated otherwise in specific promotion terms, bonus funds carry a minimum wagering requirement of 25x the bonus amount before withdrawal eligibility is granted. All sports bets are placed at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation. slotfb reserves the right to void bets placed at erroneous odds caused by technical faults, data-feed errors, or clear pricing mistakes. In such cases, stakes are returned in full.
